Welcome Class of 2028! 6th Grade Orientation will take place Wednesday, August 27 from 9:30-11:00. After the orientation, parents are welcome to tour the school. If you have travel plans for the 27th, please do not change or cancel them. Our August orientation is an effort to calm those back-to-school nerves and ensure a smooth start. We look forward to seeing you!

The 2025–2026 School Meals and Summer EBT Application is now available on our website. Access the 2025-2026 Application Here.
You must complete a new application each year to determine your child’s lunch status. Temporary eligibility from last year is valid only for the first 30 days of school.
Applications must be submitted by October 17, 2025. If your application is not submitted by that date, your child may be required to pay for lunch.

Our talented innovators took home 3rd Place and a $1,000 prize at the 2025 NJSBA/U.S. Army STEAM Tank Challenge Finals! Held at the New Jersey School Boards Association Headquarters, this event spotlighted students solving real-world issues through creativity, collaboration, and STEAM excellence.

⚾️🎉 Congrats to the Herbert Hoover baseball team on their win over rival Thomas Jefferson 5-1. Hoover was led by their pitching and hitting from Esteban Betances, two double from Victor Jimenez and excellent pitching from Danny Lyons. Hoover finished the season with 8 wins and 3 losses, great job team! 🎉⚾️
