The ACES students and R.I.S.E. group had the wonderful opportunity to attend the Human Rights conference at Kean University last week, where they were inspired and engaged by young leaders & changemakers such as David Hogg & Tiana Day.

As we approach the final stretch of the school year, the district has two unused emergency days remaining. Provided there are no unexpected school closures, we’ll be observing these dates as days off on: Monday, April 21, 2025 Friday, May 23, 2025 We hope these days provide our students and staff with a bit of extra rest as we begin the fourth marking period. Eighth graders had the honor of meeting Sandy Rosen from 2GNJ today. Sandy, a child of Holocaust survivors, gave a powerful educational presentation about the Holocaust and her family's first hand experiences. Our students and staff were left deeply moved and eager to address intolerance, promote respect, and affect positive change. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Rosen for sharing your story with us today.
